Our story

Named after two good dogs.

"Willo is a combination of Willow and Loki's names — the two dogs behind everything we make."

Willo started as a practical problem: a lost pet, a plain tag, and a phone number that went unanswered. Every tag we make is designed to work the moment it's needed — tap the tag using any phone, and access all of your pet's vital information when needed.

Each tag is crafted in durable and impact-resistant PETG, UV-printed in texture with a unique illustration generated from your pet's own photo, and programmed with your pet's full profile in an embedded NFC chip. You choose the art style; we make the rest.

Willo is a small Singapore brand built by a maker with two dogs who inspired everything.

How does the NFC tag work?+

Hold any iPhone or Android phone near the tag — the phone detects the NFC chip and opens your pet's profile in the browser automatically. No app needed. Works even without mobile data.

What information is on the tag?+

Owner contact, backup contact, vet clinic, 24hr emergency number, allergy alert, medications, microchip number, home address, and notes for the finder. You can update any of these yourself anytime using your PIN.

Can I update the details later?+

Yes. Every tag comes with a PIN. Tap the tag → scroll to "Update my details" → enter your PIN → edit anything. Changes save immediately and the tag link never changes. See the full step-by-step guide →

Which tag size should I choose?+

30mm for cats and toy breeds under 5kg. 35mm for small-to-medium dogs (Corgis, French Bulldogs, Beagles) — our most popular size. 40mm for larger dogs. If in doubt, go 35mm.

Is the tag waterproof?+

The PETG body is water-resistant. The NFC chip and illustration are sealed beneath a UV coat. The titanium split ring is corrosion-resistant, so it won't rust or discolour with regular exposure to water. Designed for rain, swimming, and outdoor use. Prolonged saltwater submersion is not recommended.

How long does it take?+

Proof image sent within 1–2 working days. After approval, printed and dispatched within 3 working days. Total: 5–7 working days to your door.

Can I order for my cat?+

Yes. The 30mm tag is designed with cats in mind — lightweight, using a 25mm NTAG216 chip. The Linocut and Geometric styles work especially well at this size.

What photo should I send?+

A clear photo of your pet's face looking toward the camera, head-and-chest framing. Good lighting matters more than resolution. We'll let you know if the photo isn't suitable before generating.

What if my number changes?+

Update it yourself using the PIN on your pet's profile page. The NFC tag link stays the same regardless of how many times you update the information behind it.

Do you deliver outside Singapore?+

Currently Singapore only. If you're outside Singapore and interested, drop us a message — we're exploring international shipping.
